How to fill up the UPTET 2014 online Application Form

Candidates have to apply from the official site. Click on the online application link available in the official site.

After clicking there will appear an application Form, All the candidates have to fill up the application form very carefully. Candidates have to enter his/her personal details like name address education qualification etc and must have to choose exam centre first.

Print E- Challan and deposit of fee:

Candidates can deposit application fee through e-challan and credit card, debit card of SBI bank and Internet banking.

Candidates who want to deposit application fee through e-challan have to print out the e-challan and submit the fee at any branch of State Bank of India within working hours after 2 pm one day after print out the e-challan.

The candidates who are physically handicapped are not required to print the e-challan as they are not required to deposit application fee.

Application Fee:

  • SC/ST – 150/-
  • General – 300/-

Submission of Application Form:

After submission of fee candidates have to submit the application form online.

Take print out of the Application Form:

It is mandatory to take a print out of the completed application form. The print will use for future correspondence.
